Kid's Fishing Derby

| The annual Kid’s Fishing Derby (15 and under) is held on the 3rd Saturday of July from 9 am to 12 noon. Registration begins at 8:30am at the Baxter’s Dock, which is located near the Foot. Look for the banner! Prizes are awarded to youngest angler to catch a fish, longest fish and heaviest fish. All entrants receive a gift for entering. Great fun for the whole family (let the children do the fishing, parents…) and an opportunity to teach the children good fishing habits. Prizes are awarded around Noon at the Baxter’s Dock. Special thanks to Glenn and Patti Baxter for being generous hosts for this tournament each and every year. | ||
